    Brief Description

    Foothills is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) will be responsible for working with SEO and Web agencies, initiating and managing all websites, customer software platforms, including social media, content marketing, CRM, page optimization, landing page campaigns, video, and paid advertising to drive sales growth. In this role, the DMM will leverage deep skills in segmentation, communication and analytics to obtain positive influence with our target customers on a regional basis as well as audience maximizing through organic growth strategies to increase effectiveness of paid programs and increase engagement and conversion rates, managed and third-party channels. This position will lead strategic planning and execution of all consumer digital marketing initiatives.

    Essential Job Functions

    General:

    • Full Management of web, database marketing and social media areas of department
    • Full oversite and management of 3 branded websites

    • Interface with digital marketing agencies to drive desired results

    • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

    • Provide annual and quarterly planning, weekly reporting results to management

    • Maintain, adhere and execute to outlined budgets

    Analytics Strategy:

    • Develop and Implement strategy to track performance goals and surface insights by channel, campaign, content, creative, etc. working collaboratively with sales and marketing stakeholders.

    • Skills: Web analytics/attribution (Google Analytics or other)

    Marketing Database and Technology Management:

    • Management and optimization of marketing technology healthcare provider and consumer databaseincluding but not limited to marketing database and marketing automation platforms, Data capture and daily updates.

    • Skills: CRM, CMS, CDN, Marketing Automation, Integration of sales and marketing technologies.

    Social Media:

    • Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages our patient community members to take actions.
    • Skills: SEO, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, content direction and audits, campaign landing page strategy and personalization etc. per annual and quarterly planning per site.

    Organic:

    • Development and ongoing management of organic and paid acquisition channels and mediums including search, social, display, reviews, direct marketing and related cadences, nurture tracks and workflows in collaboration sales and clinic teams

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills dealing with a diverse range of people
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Excellent time management and execution skills
    • Strong team player with a focus on the company
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom; WordPress platform and
    • Microsoft Office programs
    • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and independent judgment in solving problems
    • Ability to maintain high productivity amid competing priorities and tight deadlines
    • Ability to adapt and be flexible with learning new technologies

    Minimum Education/Experience

    • BA in Marketing or experience related field
    • At least 4 years of digital marketing management and hands on experience, preferred within a business to consumer sales organization
    • Three (3) years of marketing automation and client database management experience
    • Two (2) years of relevant experience as a Social Media Manager or Strategist
    • Proven results with planning, execution and optimization of SEO, social and online marketing programs and initiatives
    • Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration

    Work Environment:

    This job operates in a professional work environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners and photocopiers. This position will also perform duties in a clinical setting where noise can be moderate to heavy.

    Up to 75% travel is required for sales and clinical visibility.
