    Brief Description

    Foothills is seeking a Marketing Director to be responsible for all demand generation, brand strategy, marketing campaigns, media channels, community/vendor relations and special events for Foothills and its affiliate brands (ProActive Physical Therapy, FAST, On-Site Sports Medicine). 

    Essential Job Functions

    • Use demand generation to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve short and long term marketing business objectives
    • Trains and directs the work of the marketing team to ensure a quality operation
    • Provides coaching and development to marketing team to keep them accountable and engaged
    • Develops achievable metrics/goals to support business plans
    • Manage performance evaluation process for assigned staff and submits written information on evaluations to the Executive Director of Human Resources in accordance with policy requirements
    • Utilizes various software to manage patient and referral records along with employee reports and time sheets
    • Develops, updates, and implements marketing policies and procedures
    • Sets weekly marketing meeting to discuss projects and deadlines
    • Distributes projects, tasks and assignments to the marketing team
    • Act as the main point of contact for requests given by the Administrative, Clinical, and Executive teams
    • Oversees quality assurance and brand consistency
    • Meets with therapists to implement discipline marketing strategies to increase referrals
    • Establishes and maintains relationships with health care industry influencer's
    • Works with the Marketing team to coordinate Quarterly events

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills dealing with a diverse range of people.
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
    • Ability to act with integrity in regards to all matters of confidentiality.
    • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and independent judgement in solving problems.
    • Ability to maintain high productivity amid competing priorities and tight deadlines
    • Outstanding relationship management & collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external constituencies; demonstrates exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to convene and facilitate groups with all levels of management and staff. Offers effective meeting facilitation and presentation skills for small and medium sized groups
    • Knowledge of physical and occupational therapy

    Minimum Education/Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent major
    • At least 5 years of marketing experience in supervisory level, preferably in a clinical environment.
    • Efficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

    Work Environment:

    This job operates in a professional work environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners and photocopiers. This position will also perform duties in a clinical setting where noise can be moderate to heavy.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.  The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to type; handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. 
    The position is subject to lifting objects over 50 pounds infrequently.  

     

    Travel Required:

    Up to 75% travel is required for sales and clinical visibility.
