    Brief Description

    Foothills is seeking a Receptionist to provide general office support by performing routine clerical, secretarial, administrative work including but not limited to answering phones, receiving the public, providing customer service, data processing and recordkeeping.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly.
    • Responds to inquiries and refers, when necessary to the appropriate person, or department while limiting transfers as much as possible.
    • Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail.
    • Responsible for receiving/sending faxes as well as scan documents.
    • Composes, drafts, and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material.
    • Greets and directs visitors to the company.
    • Maintains, orders, receives and distributes office supplies in a cost effective and efficient manner.
    • Assists the executives of the organization with a variety of special projects as needed.
    • Manage conference room cleanliness, schedule and setup, in addition to coordinate catering including pick-up occasionally.
    • Other administrative support duties as required.

    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to be collaborative with different stakeholders within the organization.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
    • Ability to act with integrity at all times.

    Minimum Education/Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Efficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
    • Current & valid Arizona driver’s license

    Work Environment
    This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners and photocopiers.
